How It Works
The customer journey from your first enquiry to delivery and documentation handover.
Eight steps, with your approval where it matters
Steps marked below need your input or approval. Nothing is arranged until you confirm the quotation.
- 1
Enquiry submission
You submit the Request a Quote form with your cargo, origin, destination, and requirements.
Customer approval / input - 2
Cargo information review
We review the details and may ask for clarifications such as dimensions, weight, packaging, or a packing list.
- 3
Route and service assessment
We assess possible routes and arrangements with relevant service providers, depending on availability.
- 4
Quotation preparation
We prepare a quotation and proposed arrangements based on the confirmed details and provider responses.
- 5
Customer confirmation
You review the quotation and confirm if you wish to proceed. Nothing is arranged before you approve.
Customer approval / input - 6
Supplier and shipping coordination
We coordinate supplier pickup, shipping, and documentation with the relevant parties. You may be asked to provide or approve documents.
Customer approval / input - 7
Shipment updates
We share shipment updates as information is received from the relevant parties.
- 8
Delivery and documentation handover
The shipment is delivered to the agreed address and relevant delivery documentation is handed over where available. The receiving team confirms receipt.

Timing and cost depend on your shipment
Quotation, transit time, customs processing, and delivery schedules depend on the shipment details and service-provider confirmation. Any estimate we share is not a guarantee until confirmed in writing.Have a Shipment to Arrange?
